Dang, creeks are dry and I don't have a drywasher. It might be about time to invest in one, especially if this year's monsoon plays out like last year. Anyone on here drywashing yet, I might have to pick ya'lls brains since I've never done it. I need to dig and am close to buying paydirt, no cure to the withdrawl. I'm counting days now til the wet season returns, hoping it's violent and liquid hell on them creeks and washes

Join a club that has a drywasher you can borrow so you can try it out. And please use a dust mask!!

Valley fever, had it...I'm all about the mask. Mopp4!

I've got a keene blower I ran across at the thriftstore on Indian school. Need the more important part though.

Yeah.... The lack of water in this state has been the bane of miners for years! Pretty much if you want to do wet processing you've got to have some sort of re-circ system. They're not hard to set up and get working, but moving them to and from the field along with all the needed water is a MAJOR PITA! I've quit hauling mine out for prospecting and now use the drywasher for testing new areas.

One of the guys in our club makes puffer/bellows units that are great. Combination, hand cranked and/or 12V models. If interested in one of them let me know and I'll get you his info.
