Just some things over the years that haven't been identified. Maybe some different eyes can help. Iron piece with little hole in it looks like part of a gun ,idk. Object I'm holding appears to be cast iron. One end is threaded and body had teeth of some sort. I know the one piece is probably a keyhole cover. Has "A. Thompson" on it. Other 2 1/2" x 3/8 is a solid chunk of lead. No idea about that one or the other 2 brass pieces. Thanks for looking

the round lead piece is most likely the weight from a clock pendulum. I agree with broken scissors or candle snuffer for the broken item. Can we see pics of both sides of the crescent shaped thing?

I believe this picture is an old rat tail comb minus the steel rat tail.

I can see both those ideas. Thanks for looking

I have a buddy who found a comb exactly like yours, except his has all the teeth.

It was found out on an old cotton plantation that later had share croppers living there.

I believe it is a hair straightener.

Similar…..

Actually... IMO... your "keyhole cover" item MAY actually be an "eye hole cover" for a door.

Starting to make more sense to me. Everything found on early 1900 homesite. Could have even been an earlier one there.

Looks like a ANIMAL flea comb for removing fleas. My wife uses them all the time on our cats
