Looks like part of a boiler off a steam donkey, which would be logging.

Definitely looks like the boiler off a steam donkey to me as well, when I lived in the northwest around Olympia we knew of a few of them up in the woods near old logging camps. Assuming it hasn't been moved to far after people started stripping it you may find an old logging camp nearby. Would have looked like this originally, your last pic is looking into the fire box from the bottom.
