Im reminded of the early to mid 60's when I had a few of those either Marx or Mattel put them out historic guns or something. I can remember watching the commercial on our little black and tv white screen and even the jingle:
"There are guns for peace and guns for war but you've never see guns like these before" then a "minature' Davy Crockett and a WW1 doughboy threw up a tiny rifle to a full sized kid. I had the flintlock and the 45 as well as the derringer, I beleive they fired caps.
As far as value it depends on what a collector will pay.
