This rock is mostly Galena, Sphalerite, Pyrite and Quartz, not sure if it it is from the tri-state mining district or somewhere like Morocco maybe. I got it from a local shop that was going out of biz and a label was not included.... anyway this one mineral has an interesting crystal form, so wondering if anyone can give an idea of what they think it is?
The crystal in question is dead middle of first image, second photo is the rock from which I cropped the first image and third image is just a pic of another section of the rock in which the minerals are known.
I has this specimen somewhere, but not handy to take any more images or do any tests. I was going through some images and it just caught my eye this morning.
