Just noticed, after posting, that you sent me a PM. I can't use "Gift" because it's not a truthful way of using Paypal and I shoot for complete honesty-not saying I never fail though! That's just what I shoot for. So I don't "plan" dishonesty.
Also, this is my conscience, not something I think everyone is being dishonest doing. It either bothers your conscience, or it doesn't. But I don't cheat on my business taxes and that's really hard!! LOL
I will just pay the 3% extra and send you $114.00 to the email you gave me. Thanks, Chuck

That's fine. I just cant say that my friend will want to pay the 3% without his consent. I'm not making anything on the sale, but I would take the risk of a check or take a money order also.
