I can confirm that your nice large crystal is definitely not Milky Quartz. As that mineral's name strongly implies, it is absolutely as white as milk (unless is has gotten stained with iron-oxide, or some other mineral). Sorry, too many decades have passed since I last looked at the "non-colorful minerals" section of a rock-collecting guidebook, so I cannot now recall your crystal's specific identification.
