I've poked around the website as a guest for a while now and after seeing how friendly and helpful everyone is I've decided to start posting. I pulled these out of the ground behind my mother-in-law's garage. Imagine my surprise when I checked the hole and found another one!!! I think they are military badges from around WWI. I have looked around the internet a little and found a few similar items. I am hoping someone can tell me for sure. They are marked STERLING on one side of the back. On the other side, STERLING BY BLACKINGTON. Thanks for your help!

Hawk,

not sure of the time period.

The staff, wings, snake as part of the item is called
a caduceus.

Means that it had something to do with medical corps.
With the anchor would think Navy and longshot Marines.

Hope this info helps.

have a good un.
