Next Year Country by Don Baker has a brief mention that outlaw Big Nose George Parrott operated from Miles City and robbed a few places prior to being captured. Although his mention of the outlaw is very brief, it does hint at the possibility that local businesses were robbed and there fore the chances of hidden loot in one of the gullies looks a little brighter. Later I will add more material we came up with.
