🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Mid 18th Century Button with Swivel Shank

I found this 2 piece 20mm button at a mid 18th Century site yesterday. The shank moves a complete 180 degrees. It should be from around mid 1700's but I've never seen this type of shank before. Can anyone here identify this type of button and where it may have come from?
