Michigan State Campground with a creepy building on hill in the woods!

Had a really fun adventure at my local state campground last week. Weather was in the 40s so detecting was a-go! Came across a strange old building/structure at the top of a hill in the woods. Check it out and let me know what you think it was/is. I am thinking water structure A few good finds along the way too!
