Meteorite? what kind of stone is that?

Stone was found underwater, it's not magnetic. has a solid black shell, weighs 635 grams. is it a meteorite? Thanks!

I believe most are magnetic.
Plus the #1 photo has another type of stone attached, which also discounts it as well.
