Metal with 3 stamps on it??? Please help identify.

First off ;let me say I did not find this MD wish I did. I did find it in an abandoned storage unit that I bought at auction after the owner stopped paying on the unit. Anyway I have know idea what it is. I put a magnet on it and its not magnetic. On the stamp that's in the corner you can see a crown on it and a T F or E then P or R then S. The center stamp has a 2. It weights 28oz and is about 1/8" thick and 6" x 7". The stamps are about 1 3/4". When I put my Ace 250 over it it says 1 cent or dime so I guess its made of copper. So what could it be? Any value?
