How long are the 'toofies?' Could it be part of a Victorian ladies hair comb? Breezie

Okay, that's too short for a decorative hair comb, but lice combs had short teeth, but right now I'm with Cheyenne on the trimmer/razor guard. Breezie

I've never seen a trimmer guard made of lead. My guess is a plate from an old battery.
