Megaphone ID "The Commander"

I can't find any info on this vintage Megaphone I got at a yard sale .

The mouth piece is rubber . I takes 8 AAA batteries . It still works good !

Thanks Sgt. I dont see the green check so I guess its not solved to mojjax's satisfaction.
I dont know what more we can add.

1954-57 megaphone made by "Industrial Television, Inc" for civilian boat use. There is no evidence of military use but its possible to have been used stateside or in our coastal waters.

I am satisfied thanks for all the great help everybody !
