It's a souvenir token, not a true coin. Plated pot metal, poorly copied. You can see several spots where it is already corroding. Most likely sold or given out nearby where it was found. There are several varieties out there, most have rather vague but overly done details, the "coin" will lay flat, no curvature of a Hammered coin, some will even have the word COPY stamped on one side. sometimes you can see the mold seam on the edge, which is almost always thick and rounded all around the edge, the weight of it will be the biggest clue as it will be very light.
If you do a Google lens search of it, you can find more like this one, often found by others such as yourself. I myself have found a few on the beach as well.
