Meddallion/Brooch Spanish Maybe Silver?

Any ideas on this. I know its silver and was used as a charm at one time then changed to a brooch/pin. I'm thinking Spanish but not sure. Age and what it is would be a great help if anyone knows. Thanks!!

I found a few similar one's online now, with the same images on the back, none with an estimated age, however. This one is from Etsy and shows the same images and the markings in the centre also match, They are "Jerusalem" and "900" which indicates .900 silver. No estimated date for it, unfortunately.

Hard to see but the hinge/hasp appears to be 20th century if that helps any.
