It has a Copena Classic Point form (IMO). Clearly it’s been used up and reduced to its current state.
If so, it would fit into a transitional time period -Archaic to Woodland Period (4000 - 1200 BP)
Matanzas are recorded in the transitional time period as well - (4500 - 2500).
