Stay safe my friend... The best to you

Terry, I hope that by now you and the dog are comfortably camped in that RV somewhere safe.

Terry, be safe!

One thing good about a trailer is you can move it!Stay safe bud!

Just heard a special report right now on my news channel,18 fire fighters just lost there lives fighting this fire.
Those people, the town, and all involved need some serious prayers.
I just saw video of it from a news chopper, and it is bad.Very bad.
And is spreading so fast, the fire fighters couldn't get out of the way.
1 survived, but no condition on him yet.

Yah just saw it on CNN :/ awful indeed!!! I am around firefighters/paramedics all the time!!!!! can't even begin too tell you how awful this news is... :/

Please stay safe, you are in our prayers.

19 firefighters lost while trapped in "fireproof tent". 250 homes lost.... just now... 2000+ acres burned. Tim and I are safe at Wickenburg Super8. Pray for the rest of the firefighters and those that could not/would not leave. I met Jennefer... Yavapai County Jeep Posse Captain. In good pirits when Mountanaire Gas station shut down around 4PM... but now.... pray! The rest is in His hands! Terry

Thinking of you all Terry, and praying HARD!

Actually, the news said along with the NFS people, that the tents are not fireproof. They are fire resistant like a pup tent.
They are the last line of defense before help or backup,or the fire passes over you.
They are made to keep the smoke, and heat away from you for a very short amount of time.
Like a fire that would sweep over you really fast, or around you.
These fire fighters where in radio contact, new they where in trouble, got under there shelter, and hoped for the best.

Facebook page set up for them an hour ago.

Yarnell Firefighters Facebook page

It was basically the whole hotshot team from one town.
What a loss. There is a group picture of them. Look at the ages. A tragedy for sure.
Everyone needs to pray for these families. Someones husband or dad is not coming home.
And so many from one town.

Just heard on the news. Fellow is saying that they are a form of sleeping bag. They jokingly call them "praying bags" as once you pull them over your head, you then pray. Good for 3 or 4 minutes but not protecting against 2500 degree air around the bag. Mercy, Mercy, Mercy! TTC

Good to hear your Safe Terry !

Stay that way
