Not necessarily a what is it, but looking for some help trying to see if I can find who might have made it and when. Been searching combinations of makeup compact, vintage, flowers, radial… any other ideas, maybe a name for the pattern or a style like art deco that I can search? Or if someone already knows, even better.

Nice find! I’ve dug a few myself. Looks like art deco to me.

I would call this piece 'art nouveau'. Deco is much more linear and structured in direct opposition to art nouveau.

From the internet:
Art Nouveau features organic, nature-inspired designs, while Art Deco is known for its angular, modern lines.

Thanks for the ideas I’ll have to search with those terms. It was a heck of a signal with the new detector I had hoped maybe there were some coins or something inside. I even tried to record opening it but somehow i didn’t hit record… that was a bit of a bummer but oh well
