Anyone know the maker of the type of bridle rosette ornament pictured in the photos provided herewith or have any related information?

Note that the subject type of ornament has prongs (i.e., as opposed to a D ring/loop) on the back. I believe that various versions of the subject type of ornament were sold in the 1930s and 1940s to parties like Harley-Davidson and Milwaukee Saddlery Company (nka Milsco). I believe that Harley-Davidson resold the subject type of ornament as a decorative accessory for motorcycle seats and saddlebags. I believe that Milsco used the subject type of ornament (or a very similar type of ornament) as decoration for equestrian items made and sold by Milsco (e.g., bridles, harnesses, saddles, and saddlebags) and motorcycle items made and sold by Milsco (e.g., seats and saddlebags). Hoping someone may be able to point me in the right direction. Thank you.
