I can't tell if the nobby Rock is magnetic or not because the main rock is magnetic.
 

It doesn't look like a meteorite. Rather closer to basalt but stone was some time on wet environment, i think.
 

It, basalt, can be magnetic Penny. The closer pictures help. It does look rather like a worn bit of basalt. Seeing as your find is worn any outward signs are gone. The rounded bit looks to be a nodule inside host rock and that lends me to believe its terrestrial stone.
