Imagine finding someone stash of gems possibly from hundreds of years ago. That happened. Take a look for yourselves. Found this rock which weighs roughly 4 or 5 lbs rock hunting alo kn g a river. I was shocked to find these little shiny pebble type chunks inside. I dropped in on this thread and others by the OP.

Those "others" come and go. I don't believe this the OP will last here - too much hysteria and wild butt guesses to suit my attention any further. Time to settle down OP, we as a collective won't be going much further with you. Come down to Earth now and join the regulars here.

Is Texas known for it`s diamonds ?
Your post #19 when you spilled the beans...the purple stone looks like jem stone of some kind ..the rest not so much .

Your only bet for a sure id is a jeweler or mineralogy department at a local college, and you probably won't get the time of day from a college.
