✅ SOLVED Lt. Rank, but what time period?

I know this is US Army 1st Lieutenant rank, but I don't know the time period.

Found WWI era captains rank that matches the design...but no lieutenant bars. Notice the two diagonal lines top and bottom of the bar that are thicker and stand out.

I know what the other badge is. It is a driver/mechanics badge.
