Made it down to the beach last night around 5PM, worked for about an hour with some success. One silver ring, couple dollars in change mostly deep quarters (9" to 20") love my Sovereign GT with the 15" coil.

I found the same style ring last year in a freshwater lake, only mine is stamped 950.

I also have a couple Sovereign GTs with WOT coils, the combination of the two is like a beach vaccum...............
