Got these along with a bunch of 60's copper out of a house from '06. No Silvers though.

Congrats on the cool finds! Got my SE back in Jan. Still trying to get comfortable with it, but so far I'm liking it.

I absolutely love my T2 SE! Never dreamed I'd be finding colonial coppers the first month. But I was. Congrats on the finds and keep on killing it with that killer machine :-)

I'm still learning mine too. It recovers so fast it's crazy. This was my fourth time out, first two I got Silvers. I am really liking it, but the big coil is still not a winner for me. I love the 5" though.

i have made up my mind,im gonna order a T2 se in a couple of weeks.......what where u guys swinging before and how does the t2 compare.....thanx barry

Hey Barry, I had an old Tesoro about 20 years ago :-) my girlfriend bought me the T2 SE for my bday last September. So I can't give you a real comparison bought I can tell you that the very first site I ever took it to ( random foundation hole) I found a civil war heel plate, silver spoon, 1820 LC and a KG2. What really did it for me was when I was in a field that just seems to eat stuff . Everything is super deep . It's got high tension power lines running through it so I had my machine turned down quite a bit. I pulled an 1845 LC out from about 12" deep. You will love it once you get locked in with it.
There's lots of people who can give you great comparisons and advice on here. If you have any further questions don't hesitate to ask . All the best , Abe

Nice congrats!

Congratulations!!

I have an Ace 250 & a Tesoro Vaquero. I have also had some older White's detectors. This detector is beating all my buddies MXT's & ATP's.

Wait till you try it with the 5 inch coil on an iron infested spot it's better than my e-trac in some conditions. If the id swings from say 65 to 90 dig it if it swings say 30 to 90 it's iron. also try the 3 tone and dig high tones. Very fast and acurate

Thanks, I am all ears when it comes to this machine. I see all the potential & I am just starting to get comfortable with it. It separates & recovers like nothing else I've seen.

First trip out with mine was at the beach which netted me some clad, sinkers and a 10k masonic ring. none of these finds were super deep. Last trip was a relic hunt. Super wet conditions, but managed to find a possible colonial trash pit. It was filling in with water as quick as I was digging! Can't wait for it to dry out down here!
