Hey guys I know this isn't a classifieds section, so I guess I 'll just ask for some help valuing my collection? I lost my XP Deus head unit so I'm trying to liquidate some of my glass collection to cover the cost but I don't really know what these pieces are worth (if anything). Thanks for the help!

The first is a 1944 1 quart "HP Hood and Sons Dairy Experts Bottle"

This is a simple Cobalt bottle, produced by Whitall Tatum (W.T. Co)

Greetings colebear,

Unfortunately, I'm not bearing a lot of good news. The Hoods are really common milk bottles. I'd say $8-$10 on a good day. Check the ones expiring on fleabay, or completed sales.

The cobalt bottle is a nice window bottle, and would be $5-$10, on a really good day.

Wish I had better news for you. Good luck.

Thanks surf! Yeah I didn't have too high of hopes for the cobalt, or the milk jug really. I have some better ones that I will post once I do a bit more of my due diligence to make sure I can't find the prices on my own instead of bothering you all.

Hey colebear,

No bother at all. I love old glass bottles. If I was looking for opinions on bottles, I'd post them in the Bottles & Glass department, rather than down here…
