I did a search but could not find any info on the web. The lock is 2 and a half inches long and an inch and a half inches wide. I would like to find out where it was made and a time frame. Thank's for any info.

Sorry, I have no input for an ID, but I wanted to tell you what a nice recovery you have made. Nice lock like that is on my wanted list!

Very cool little lock. I would guess early 20th C. Maybe late 19th. Does the V R have a crown above it? V R w/crown on old padlocks means Victoria Regina (Queen Victoria).

I looked for info about "Tamlock" but found nothing.

i could not find a thing on this lock...I suspect it is an knock off from overseas...the engraving is crude, even for the time period...

Thank's for the comments everyone. DCMATT there is not a crown on it and I thought because of the VR it might be british. I got a couple of Tamlock hits on the web and both of them were German, so I don't know.
