Looking for help with anchor ID

First glance, it looks like a trotman anchor, mid-late 1800s. Hard to tell by incomplete photo.
 

I'd agree Darren....from the looks of the angle of the shank in relation to what can be seen of the fluke/crown...I'd say that it (shank) has a rotation to it...if we could get another picture from the other side we might be able to see the secondary fluke....that would confirm it.

I am afraid to say... I cannot even begin to speculate due to picture quality.
