It was Listed as a Club.

I'm not Familiar with them Personally.

They are a Whites dealer here on Long Island, Dgaughan has spoken to them in the past, nice guys from what he says.

They meet at the VFW Hall on Edwards Street on the second Monday every month at 7:30 PM for those interested.

Is there still a club in Patchogue? The shop that was on Medford ave. in Patchogue is gone .

$50 a year single;$75 family. Seeded hunt is $35 and there may be 2 per year. Door prizes, raffles, equipment table, 50-50 drawing.

Hey guys, this is an old thread, but I am hoping this is somehow "watched".
I joined the Long Island metal detecting club referenced below this year. What a great, knowledgeable and freinfdly bunch, this club is the continuation of the older club that used to be affiliated with the whites detector dealership in Patchogu that closed.
Here are the meeting details, cme on own and check us out.

Metal detecting club meets the second Monday of each month at 7pm. Come join the Long Island Club at our New address in Lake Grove. 980 Hawkins Ave. Refreshments. raffles. Finds of the month. Come down and meet people that enjoy the same hobby you do! please park in back and use back entrance. Hope to see some new faces!
