Little help with a Bracelet ID Please (BELTOGRAM)

Hello Everyone,

Found this yesterday and it is marked sterling. However, there are more letters above which I can't seem to make out. I am trying google search combos but no success as of yet. Hoping someone will recognize the maker's mark. There was a very light weight link attached to the end. Not sure how it would be worn seeing there seems to be no way to attach it to the other side.

What you have is a Hickok Beltogram watch fob, for wearing your pocket watch on your belt.
