light weight detector

Inquiring to find a light weight detector, not a heavy one, need some brand that isn't burdensome on the arms to carry for a few hours for detecting....any light weights out there from the mfg.

There are a growing number of lighter weight detectors being introduced, for example, Minelab has the X-Terra series, Fisher has the F75, Garrett has the ACE series, Whites has the Prizm series. So, depending on what you want to do/find, there is a machine for you. HH, as always my meter says I'm lessthanzero

The lightest of the lightweights would have to be DetectorPro with the electronics in the headphones.

Highly recommend Tesoro. I have 3 of them and you can swing them all day without fatigue.

I'm not sure the price range your looking for. But my bounty hunter 505 (Wal-mart carries them) is super light, two coils and nice little beginners machine with plenty of bells and whistles. Cost about $300

Tesoros are light weight in the fact that they don't weigh much, not because they aren't good machines. I love my Deleon. Just didn't want to confuse anyone about it being a "lightweight" machine.

Discovery 3300 very light and has pin poind and discrimination as well
i own 12 detectors and love this one the most.
made by bounty hunter for radioshack i like it better that all 4 of my whites
