First coin: 1963 Ten centimes coin, the obverse entails the image of Marianne in left pofile wearing the Phrygian Cap of liberty, a national emblem of France, surrounded with the lettering: “REPUBLIQUE FRANCAISE” (French Republic). the reverse entails denomination and date centered and surrounded with a Wheat ear, an Olive Branch and the french moto: “LIBERTE-EGALITE-FRATERNITE” (liberty, equality, fraternity).
