Lead Token ?

Hello all, had this interesting find today. It's a lead disc stamped on one side with the impression of a medieval English medieval groat. I think it may be a medieval token or a gaming piece, or it could also be a weight. The diameter is 30mm.

This isn't an impression or it would be in reverse it is a gaming token to the value of the coin it represents

Yes it could be a gaming token, but what about other value tokens. Did they make tokens for pennies,shilling etc ?.

Lead tokens were given to all sorts of workers and Churches gave them to the poor so they could exchange them for food.
However to identify this as a token there would have to be an issuers trade mark or a basic symbol on the reverse without this i would go with a gaming token
