I was out yesterday after work and I'm now getting around to posting my finds. I searched a wooded area near some train tracks that I partially searched last year.
My first find was this lead soldier that had a VDI of 70.
Further along the hillside I get this nice VDI 84, I was thinking a silver coin. I dug a plug and saw a slim silver disc then removing the dirt I saw a religious pendant. I'm not certain if it's silver or the age.
My last good target of the day was a VDI 82, I wasnt expecting a large copper coin. It's just as big as a Large Cent but I can't positively ID it. The only visible detail is silhouette of a head on the one side.
