✅ SOLVED Lead "bead like" item???…..

Looking for an ID on this lead "bead like" item It has the same white patina as most CW bullets under the brown color. It weighs in at 3.8 ounces. The big hole goes all the way through. Appears to have been poured in a mold, not carved.
