[Road Dog]

Went for the usual walk this morning and found this little beauty sticking bottom up out of the dirt. It has serration and basal grinding. I know it's age just not positive on the type.

At first I was thinking Palmer but leaning toward a Coosa due to the rounded base http://inside.warren-wilson.edu/~arch/coosa%20notched. It's a great find!

Nice point! What age are you thinking on road dog?

Thanks, age is probably around the Kirk, Palmer age. It may even be a sharpened down Kirk. I've found corner notches with round bases. Could even be a Bolen.
