Winter came really early this year but of course on the last day I found a new spot.

There's a button on Ebay the same as this that claims to be British Navy & War of 1812 era...I'm assuming that's correct.

Copper cache...pinched point, awl, knife and hammered copper preforms. The quartz rock was also in the hole with the copper. I'm not sure if it's associated with the copper cache or not.

Flat button with some marks...rare around here.

Boot heel thing...I've never found one like this. It's basically a small horse shoe...pretty cool.

A strange piece of copper stuff.

It snowed like crazy the next day so detecting is done until late April 2020....I'll be dreaming about this spot now.

Well you know what they say,Anchors away till spring! Congrats

Yes that button is awesome and the copper culture stuff is amazing. I think if I found those I would not recognize the significance so congrats on that too.

Nice finds. A couple nice buttons for your collection. The rock looks like a tator....though could have had another use. Congrats!
