We finally got a small weather window to get out for a quick bottle dive under one of the large bridges that span between Halifax and Dartmouth, NS. Steve and I decided to dive Mid span in the deeper water while the other 3 guys went in closer to shore. We have done hundreds of dives mid span so the pickings are quite slim now but we were optimistic. Steve went first and 35 minutes later he surfaced with "Zip". Now I was rethinking our plan but I decided to go for it anyway. I hit the bottom at 75 ft and right away I found an ink well in perfect condition, maybe this wont be too bad after all I thought. A few minutes later I found a clay pipe bowl, then the finds dried up. I spent most of my time swimming without see too much other then a few more pipe pieces and then I see what I though was a diver, turned out to be a little parachuter guy that someone had through off the bridge. Looks like he had a chute failure and I think he crapped himself on the way down, he doesn't have a nice look on his face either.
The other guys did fantasticclay pipes a cod stopper bottle from Barbadoes several crocks 2 coppas and some other due dads.

My finds,
Nice brass lock "Eagle 6 Lever"
Not sure what this is but I thing it something off a uniform,
Some of the bottles,
This was the scene,
See ya next year,
ZDD
