Large silver for 1.5 hour hunt after work

Went out after work yesterday and found a silver mine.

Started with 41 quarter. Went around the block and found 54 Franklin 6 inches deep under a tree root followed by bent 36 within 50 feet. Across street from 36 found the 40 Walker 7 inches deep beneath a large root.

Found several clad quarters and dimes along with a few memorial pennies too.

Hopefully those roots were not to much of a headache! Trying to retrieve a coin out form under some of them can be a real bear sometimes! Nice finds!

Thanks for the nice comments. This was my best day ever for silver. I did mark the Walker (small mark down her breastbone) because the signal was iffy and off to the side under the root while I was trying to scoop it into the hole. When I scooped, I saw that my Lesche Digger had drug right across her chest and exposed the silver and her dress.

One of the neighbors did get to see me pull it out of the dirt, which was kind of neat.

I am still pinching myself!!
