Well, it’s been awhile since I found something really worth sharing and here it is. Unbelievable that it’s in the condition it is. Florida sandy soil...8 inches down, loud banging and a 33-34 on the nox. Of course I thought it was trash but we found a few Indians a week earlier, so dig everything. Must have been dropped soon after being minted, and the detail is pretty bad ass. It was marred on the back but not by me.. A bucket lister for me for sure. The first and only half I’ve ever found. Going to be hard to go from up..Thanks for looking

Nice! They don't pop up too often

Thats a beaut!!

Hopefully has some friends nearby waiting to be found.

Wow, congratulations. That would have me on cloud 9 for a long time. And the condition is AMAZING!!!

What a great feeling finding that beauty. We're snowbound, I'm jealous.

Wow congratulations thanks for sharing ..it’s a beautiful find

That one is still on my bucket list. I have found Barber halves, Walkers, and Benjies...but alas no seated halves (yet). Congrats on the great save!

Looks like it was dropped the day it was minted- just beautiful- Congrats!

Pure silver goodness right there

First and only Half you have ever found ? Holy smokes, I've been hunting for 30 years and that is the First and only style Half that I have Never found ! Congrats on an excellent coin. Your right, its going to be hard to go up the ladder from that one. You pretty much started at the top.

Beautiful specimen!

Dang!!!! That’s a beauty, congrats
