I have found a few scrapers and cutting tools. I am hunting in a creek bed that has lots of flint chips and noticed some possible cores. This one is my favorite so far.

Can we see more of the ax like all sides? Maybe with a ruler showing the size. I will let the others talk to you about the other stone pieces.
The axe as stated is not my axe I never said it was my find. I can see though why it looks like I posted it as my find. Next time I will be more clear. I have a feeling though that you knew that axe was not mine possibly and did a Google image to call me out. Come on now tell the truth.

Jamus, you really need to listen to these people that are telling you that first piece is not an artifact. You have had several guys with 40 to 50 years of collecting and hunting experience tell you it's a natural creek battered stone and I have 50+ years of experience and I agree with them 100%.
Definitely an overwhelming no that's just a rock attitude my eyes are seeing a rock. Maybe I'll use it as a tool to make me feel better.

Just a piece of crap rock dude we see people on here all the time posting just plain old rocks take that rock you found & put it back in the creek where it belongs!

that is a cool looking rock,i know they would take advantage of a natural stone, but you will see use wear on them.that rock would of made a nice looking tool though

Yeah usually I am not stubborn I thought the features were tool like to. These guy's don't take things lightly if you question there opinions. Although there probably right 99.9% of the time and probably sick of just seeing rocks.

Just wanted to say you guys were all WRONG this is just a broken creek rock like I said it was. :tongue3: On a serious note I wanted to apologize for being such a :censored:. I realize that questioning the experienced people trying to help me out was foolish and of poor taste. I had my mind set and I was the one with a closed mind. Sorry as well for the rude comments.

it is going to be alright, learning is tough just note, nobody knows it all,you do not have to believe all you hear about pictures of rocks
