Large Die Crack on a 1935-D Wheat

I just started coin roll hunting, and this baby was in my first roll. She's a 1935-D with a Fine reverse but an About Good obverse, and the actual date's somewhat hard to read at the "35". Anyways, didn't know what it was when I found it. I've tried researching it but I can't find any guide to appraising die cracks. Anyone want to give me a hand?

Sorry about the pic, it looks a thousand times better in person. It's also very clear that it's a mint defect, and not a scratch or post-mint modification.

Also, while I'm at it, does anyone know the worth of a 1898 Indian Head with a fair amount of luster left? The detail grading is somewhere between Good and Fine.

Die cracks typically do not add any extra monetary value to a coin...however lots of people collect these kinds of flaws...ebay would be a good place to list it if you are looking to sell it ...this way you will reach a vast amount of collectors and buyers....search wheat penny with die crack and listings will come up to give you an idea of what they sell for....as for your 1898 IH the 2014 whitman redbook lists g-4 $3,vg-8 3.50,f-12 5.00,vf-20 8.00,ef40 15.00 .....if the coin is in the condition you say and it has some luster ..in my opinion it has been polished ....in the grade you said its in it is unlikely it would have any original luster left..great coin either way I too love IH pennies.....Happy Hunting and hope this helps....cool finds way to go!
