large cent with george washington on face with pics now

[indian kirk]

it rained all nite and got rid of 8 inches of snow so thought i would go out in the rain and do some swingin 3 feet from where i found the 1817 counterstamped with(IB) penny i found this coin that has george on the front and on the back is finnan haddie cured by alfred jones and sons bangor maine,they are the same size and seem to be the same copper ,really good shape too,i have pics but cant seem to size them for this forum so i emailed them to gold bill and maybe he can post them for me.both these coins are neat .will try to get them on kirk, pics below

Cant help with an ID Kirk. But its a great piece. I'll be anxious to see if someone can ID it.

Was thinking this Jones might be connected with Frank Jones, Portsmouth NH brewer, politician & entepreneur. guess not, found an oyster jar from Jones bangor :
