Lapel pin symbol and hallmark help needed

Picked up 3.2g of 14K at a local sale for $1. Can't find either the hallmark, which looks like a torch with the letter W inside, or the design, which cryptically looks like a man in a spotlight, or on stage?

Anyone have any ideas or have a better idea where I should post I would appreciate it!
