Landowner release/permission to search/waiver?

Anyone got a link to such a document? Something to allow a person to search a property, with an agreement to share the value of any finds? There must be a few posted on the forums, but I couldn't find any. Thanks

Actually I googled him for you. See http://www.truetreasure.info. He might be able to help with a good legal doc. Maybe buy a book from him! I have one and I like it.

This might be a little late. Haven't been around much, working on a project. Search through TNet. There's been some posted by others. If I recall correctly Whites had one on their site. Google up "Search & Salvage agreement" You should be able to find one that fits the particular situation easy enough.
