Sounds like a great time. I already have plans to attend another coin show with the St. Petersburg Coin Club on Saturday. The show is at the VFW hall, 37th St. North and 46th Ave. in St. Pete Florida.

They're all great family fun and you can usually find some great deals too.

Well, Tomorrow is the day when the Zossima Clan is loading the donkeys and heading into the dark heart of Florida to the 'show'. I hope they have a lot of junk food..because with all the extended family members around including hyperactive grandkids..Cappy Z will need some 'nourishmen ts' of sorts to make it a real fun day.....

lol Drove all the way across the state of corruption to the coin show.....

It was worth it!

Spent hours looking at everything from coins to stamps to foreign currency to collectibles of every nature..the wife won a door prize raffle of a new book on collectible medallions..the grandkids loved walking around with grandpa Z and grandma Z and I got a free appraisal on my 6 ct African Ruby...

"$50. a carat" That means the ruby (a very nice fat one) is worth minimally $300. without a setting!

Anyway very glad we went, great family event, the grandkids automatically won door prizes..bags of coins etc.. Glad to be home and RR.
