in 1850's Ipswich was in gold fever and a nugget was brought from Taloom in Duns Gully approx 70 miles from Ipswich beyond Boonah seems like over the border in NSW which i can't go to now with border closures but those in NSW can i guess. Went to the beach again at Burleigh Heads but it was crowded with a surf carnival so i did'nt detect this time hope to soon and if i find anything worthwhile i will post pics may be a while though as i am trying to catch up on all the bills before going again.
