Had a spare moment to get a solid dig in. Turned up some nice finds.
Ettingers is probably find of the day. Does anyone know about the apple green med? Tailey mason Boston it reads on the base. All this in 5 hours in a new pit dug 10 feet down. A memorable enjoyable dig. Good luck all and stay safe👍

some nice bottles there

Looks like a successful dig to me, somptin to do on the holiday weekend

I'm amazed at how well wood ash will preserve a label. The embossing on the Ettingers is sweet too.

That Ettinger's is a beaut! Can't tell you anything about the green one though. Can you make out the first word?

More amazing is that the bread still looks pretty fresh to have been buried so long!

Thanks for the info to all. Had a feeling green bottle was on the rare side. Hard to figure it out with no embossing or label. The Ettingers is best addition I think.

The Ettengers is the best in my humble opinion. A very nice find.

Nice digs. Really nice.:icon_thumright:
