Me and my comrades here all had a hand in covering up Kokomo with massive amounts of fine mill tailings now around 45 years ago. I recall the little company news flyer had a notice one time that they were taking bids open to any of us on some of the old existing buildings of Kokomo. The high bidder was responsible to remove the buildings at their expense.

Kokomo is completely covered over by this massive tailings pile from the Molybdenum mine up the valley
